All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH Lotus Parking IN ORDER TO BE VALID. (Not with the car park). Please send an e-mail to info@lotusparking.co.uk or Phone: 01753358053 (Office hours only - Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.00). Customers who wish to cancel their booking and give less than 48 hours notice will receive no refund. More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge.
Any booking date and/or product amendments made to a Flexible rate booking will be subject to an amendment charge of 7.00 GBP. If you wish to change the date(s) and/or time(s) of travel, you may be able to change this provided the car park has availability and a payment is made for the charges for the amended booking dates/times. Please send an e-mail to info@lotusparking.co.uk or Phone: 01753358053 (Office hours only - Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.00) or by logging into My Account area, i.e. https://www.lotusparking.co.uk/login. No cancellations will be accepted verbally.
All bookings are subject to cancellation charges per car as follows:
Amendments of arrival date to any new future arrival date, where an amendment is requested on drop off /arrival day or within 24 hours prior to arrival date of the original booking. Such modified bookings cannot be amended and are non-refundable, if cancelled thereafter.
Lotus Parking will endeavour to amend a booking at short notice but no guarantees can be made outside of office hours.
Any changes made to a booking will be subject to amendment charges as follows: Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: any additional cost of parking.
