Super saver is a discount given by Lotus parking. We buy parking space from the service operators in bulk, and give our early bird customers a discounted price.

A park and ride is when you drive to the service provider’s car park, park the car yourself and go on a free shuttle service to the terminal.

Meet and greet is also known as Valet Parking or Chaffeur Parking. A chauffer will meet you at the terminal or a meeting point to park your car for you and on your return, your car will be dropped off at the terminal for you to drive straight away home. A meet and greet parking saves times and hassle, as they park your car in a safe location until your return. it also saves money and is convenient as you can travel in your own car and avoid an expensive taxi.

Sorry, all bookings are pre booked and no cash payments can be made.

Lotus Parking will ensure that your confirmation voucher is emailed to the email address you provide on the booking form. If for any reason your confirmation receipt has not been received you must contact us immediately as no refund is available for no shows or if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before you are due to arrive.

Parkmark is an award given by the local police to the car parks that have been assessed to ensure that they are properly managed and maintained.

Some operators may charge you an exit fee when leaving the terminal. This depends on the service provider. These charges are direct result of changes, by the Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers.

We store your details on our secure server. Whenever we require sensitive data from you we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This secures your data by encrypting it.

One day is calculated as a whole day, irrespective of departure or arrival times. So for example a stay at the car park from Saturday to Saturday is calculated as 8 whole days and so therefore two weeks is calculated as 15 days.

You will be receiving the details in your confirmation email when you make the payment.

It is a legal requirement for all meet and greet companies to have a policy which covers all their drivers to drive their clients cars.

All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH Lotus Parking IN ORDER TO BE VALID. (Not with the car park). Customers who wish to cancel their booking and give less than 48 hours notice will receive no refund. More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge.

Any booking date and/or product amendments made to a Flexible rate booking will be subject to an amendment charge of 7.00 GBP. If you wish to change the date(s) and/or time(s) of travel, you may be able to change this provided the car park has availability and a payment is made for the charges for the amended booking dates/times. No cancellations will be accepted verbally.

All bookings are subject to cancellation charges per car as follows:

  • Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: £7.50 administration charge.
  • Within 24 hours of first parking date: 100% charge

Amendments of arrival date to any new future arrival date, where an amendment is requested on drop off /arrival day or within 24 hours prior to arrival date of the original booking. Such modified bookings cannot be amended and are non-refundable, if cancelled thereafter.

Lotus Parking will endeavour to amend a booking at short notice but no guarantees can be made outside of office hours.

Any changes made to a booking will be subject to amendment charges as follows: Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: any additional cost of parking.
